To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Please allow sufficient time for travel, parking, and any unforeseen delays.

Due to ongoing scheduling disruptions caused by late arrivals, a lateness policy is now in place:

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled.
• Late arrivals may impact the quality and duration of your service and affect subsequent bookings.

While we always aim to accommodate our clients where possible, we ask that our time is respected in the same way we respect yours. Your punctuality allows us to provide the highest standard of service to every client.

At RS Artistry, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. We value your time and ask that the same consideration is extended to ours.

A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without any prior notice or communication.

• If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any communication will forfeit their deposit.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in future booking requests being declined.
• Any client who is a no-show and does not make any attempt to contact RS Artistry before or after their appointment may be permanently restricted from making future bookings.

Running a small business means that missed appointments directly impact our schedule and prevent other clients from securing available booking times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all clients.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be deducted from your final service total and is not an additional charge.

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Deposits will only be refunded if the makeup artist is required to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been received and payment confirmation has been provided.
• Once payment has been made via bank transfer, please send through your payment receipt so your appointment can be officially confirmed.
• If a deposit has not been paid, your appointment time will not be reserved and no booking exists.
